Every once and a while God throws us some nuggets outside of the scriptures. Sometimes those nuggets are in great preachers like the Great Awakening other times they are in great books. This book should (and I pray that it will) spark a revival amongst African American Christians (or maybe bring them to life). The face of the “black church” is a face of a fool!!!! We are best known for pretty hats, vibrant music, and having a good time in the name of the Lord.
